1. Login to blogger.com
2. In the drop down menu, select a template
3. Click the Customize button
4. You will be taken to a page Blogger Template Designer
5. Click Advanced and select Add CSS

   6. Copy Paste the following code in column Add CSS.

6. If so, click Create animation.
